About The Position

Our Guest Service Manager serves as a main point of contact for all guest requests. This person is responsible for greeting and assisting our guests, motivating, training, and retaining associates and ensures excellent guest satisfaction and brand standards are being met.

Requirements

  • Reliable, self-motivated and good time management
  • Fast learner, strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, days, and nights
  • Ability to work with cleaning chemicals and maintain sanitary conditions
  • Strong skills in oral and written communication
  • Computer knowledge
  • Cash handling skills
