About The Position

The Guest Services Manager at The LINQ Las Vegas is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the Front Office area, with a primary focus on the Front Desk and VIP Services. This role involves recommending and implementing service and procedural changes, as well as monitoring and controlling expenses to stay within approved budget constraints. The LINQ resort is centrally located on the Las Vegas Strip and features 2,640 rooms and suites, nearly 75,000 square feet of casino space, and 40,000 square feet of meeting and banquet space.

Requirements

  • Supervisory experience in Front Office operations.
  • Experience with Front Desk and VIP Services.
  • Ability to recommend and implement service and procedural changes.
  • Skill in monitoring and controlling expenses within budget.
