About The Position

Sheraton Kauai Coconut Beach Resort is seeking a motivated, guest-focused Guest Services Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the guest services department. The position leads front desk, concierge, and bell staff and ensures guests receive a high level of service and satisfaction. The manager handles guest feedback and concerns, develops staff, maintains service standards, and collaborates with other departments to improve the overall guest experience. The role is based at a beachfront resort in Kauai, Hawaii, and offers a tropical work environment. The listed annual salary range is $65,000–$75,000, with a sign-on bonus of $150 at hire, $300 after 90 days, and $500 at six months.

Requirements

Previous experience in guest services or hotel management.
