The Guest Services Manager (GSM) provides front-line support to families staying at or visiting the Dayton House, ensuring a welcoming, safe, and compassionate experience. This role supports daily guest services operations, coordinates with volunteers and staff, and responds to guest needs with professionalism, empathy, and care. The GSM is expected to collaborate with other guest services team members as we operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This role is for someone who enjoys building relationships with a diverse group of people, has an upbeat and professional demeanor, is timely, great at prioritizing, and multi-tasking, possesses strong communication skills, is highly motivated and a self-starter, has a service mentality, is reliable and proud of their work, is meticulous about detail and accuracy while working effectively in a fast-paced environment, and wants to love what they do and make an impact.
