About The Position

The Guest Services Coordinator acts as the primary visitation representative for hospital patients, empathizing with patients and their family. This position is responsible for proactively managing any identified concerns, promoting teamwork, relationship building, and fostering a positive patient care atmosphere.

Requirements

  • High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
  • Requires 3 – 5 years of prior customer service experience.
  • Must be organized, able to do multiple tasks, be flexible and able to travel among the hospital sites.
  • Ability to read and communicate in the English language.

  • Prefer college experience or higher education.
