About The Position

The Guest Services Coordinator acts as the primary visitation representative for hospital patients, empathizing with patients and their family. This position is responsible for proactively managing any identified concerns, promoting teamwork, relationship building, and fostering a positive patient care atmosphere.

Requirements

  • Ability to read and communicate in the English language.
  • 3 – 5 years of prior customer service experience.
  • People-oriented, personable, friendly person who is able to work with everyone.
  • Must be organized, able to do multiple tasks, be flexible.

Nice To Haves

  • High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
  • Prefer college experience or higher education.

Responsibilities

  • Acts as the primary visitation representative for hospital patients.
