About The Position

As a Guest Services Coordinator, you will handle routine office and clerical responsibilities for one of the resorts. This role also involves being the primary point of contact for current and prospective guests, addressing their questions and concerns. This is a seasonal position, typically running from May/June through October.

Requirements

  • Intermediate computer proficiency, including the ability to use Microsoft Office, email, and the internet
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service

Nice To Haves

  • Prior administrative experience is preferred
  • Resort office or hotel front desk experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Greet and establish rapport with guests
  • Field resort comments, suggestions, and complaints to the Resort Manager
  • Check guests in and out for their reservations
  • Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, typing, copying, faxing, and filing
  • Complete and maintain resort records, reports, and files
  • Prepare and distribute resort communications such as rule reminders, violation notices, newsletters, etc.
  • Ensure office supplies are sufficiently stocked and prepare supply orders as needed
  • Assist with the preparation of marketing materials
