About The Position

Promote Rail City Casino to increase customer awareness and business levels. Responsible for conducting guest transactions in an accurate and efficient manner; including exchange of gaming instruments for cash and guest inquiries, maintain the cage cash summary, cage balance sheet, Title 31 MTL log and all paperwork. Responsible for performing Kiosk cash fills, and ATM cash fills. Responsible for leading and managing a team of Guest Service Center Representatives.

Requirements

Experience in leading and managing a team of Guest Service Center Representatives.
Ability to conduct guest transactions accurately and efficiently.
Proficiency in maintaining cage cash summary, cage balance sheet, Title 31 MTL log, and all related paperwork.
Experience with Kiosk cash fills and ATM cash fills.
Knowledge of marketing promotions and community events.
Skills in developing and planning incentive programs, special events, and promotional efforts.
Ability to act as an emcee for drawings, giveaways, and special events.
Capability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
Experience in training, coaching, and managing team performance.
Proficiency in creating staffing schedules for 24/7 business needs.
Ability to assist with marketing collateral (print, electronic, social media, direct marketing).
Skills in proof-reading and printing marketing materials.
Experience in keeping accurate records of marketing, event, and promotional files in accordance with Nevada GCB regulations.
Ability to work closely with the accounting department to ensure Nevada Gaming Control Board regulations are followed.
Skills in correcting discrepancies.
Ability to create and distribute informational emails for employees regarding promotional efforts.
Skills in reporting on the effectiveness of marketing communications activities.
Ability to assist with guest/employee inquiries via phone and email.
Experience in problem-solving in a positive manner.
Experience in creating and monitoring guest loyalty rewards in various programs (Oasis, Everi, etc.).
Ability to promote and enroll guests in rewards programs.
Experience in performing cash transactions of gaming and monetary instruments.
Ability to maintain accuracy of cash drawer and all paperwork.
Experience in maintaining and supplying property outlet banks.
Experience in maintaining cage shift cash summary and balance sheets.
Ability to balance Main Bank within variance policy standards.
Experience in maintaining and reviewing Title 31 MTL log.
Ability to serve as control for issue of sensitive keys.

Responsibilities

Support marketing promotions and community events as needed, to include assisting with development/planning of incentive programs, special events and promotional efforts, including registrations, execution of marketing and/or special events and acting as a support emcee for drawings, giveaways and special events as needed or required
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
Training, coaching, and managing the performance of the guest services center team.
Creating staffing schedules aligned with the 24/7 business needs of the casino.
Assist with marketing collateral such as print, electronic, social media and direct marketing outlets, to include proof-reading, printing
Keep accurate records of all marketing, event, and promotional files in accordance with Nevada GCB regulations.
Work closely with accounting department to ensure Nevada Gaming Control Board regulations are followed and assist with the correction of discrepancies.
Create/distribute informational emails for employees regarding promotional efforts and report on the effectiveness of ongoing marketing communications activities.
Assist with guest/employee inquiries including responding to phone calls and/or emails from the Rail City Casino website and other social media as needed or required, while actively participating in problem solving in a positive manner.
Create and monitor guest loyalty rewards in various programs, including Oasis, Everi, and other outlets as directed.
Promote and enroll guests in rewards program.
Perform cash transactions of gaming and monetary instruments.
Maintain accuracy of both cash drawer and all paperwork involved in transactions.
Maintain and supply property outlet banks.
Maintain cage shift cash summary and balance sheets.
Balance Main Bank within variance policy standards.
Maintain and Review Title 31 MTL log.
Serve as control for issue of sensitive keys.
Perform other duties as assigned.
