Responsible for providing friendly, excellent service to all internal and external guests at the Guest Services Center. Answers all Casino rewards program questions, encourages rewards program loyalty, and advertises property events, promotions, and prizes. Responsible for conducting guest transactions in an accurate and efficient manner; including exchange of gaming instruments for cash, maintaining the cage cash summary, cage balance sheet, Title 31 MTL log and all paperwork.
