In this role, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service experiences for our guests—both over the phone and online. Requirements
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, late evenings, holidays, and special events.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with computers and the ability to multitask effectively while handling phone calls.
- Ability to work independently with professionalism and discretion in high-pressure situations.
- Valid driver’s license to support the Valet team during peak seasons.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service by managing in-house guest calls as well as outbound calls for the resort.
- Handle reservations, payments, and guest records accurately while maintaining confidentiality and strong attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and high guest satisfaction.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally by following company policies and safety procedures to maintain a secure environment.
