Join our guest services team — the heartbeat of our business and the warmth our guests remember long after their stay. Our Lodge Kohler team leads an action-packed boutique hotel just yards from Lambeau Field, home of the Green Bay Packers.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- At least 21 years of age at time of application
- Must be within the guidelines of Kohler Co. corporate insurance policy
- Must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience with customer service preferred
Responsibilities
- Providing guests with prompt, courteous service that exceeds their expectations
- Assisting guests with their arrival, departure, luggage, and vehicles
- Valet parking vehicles
- Driving the guest shuttle in the Green Bay area
- Identification of guest and room number, analyzing the logistics and the most efficient procedures of bringing luggage to guest’s room
- Maintaining a working knowledge of all in-house facilities and hours of operation, as well as daily activities and area attractions

- Miscellaneous deliveries required by guest or hotel staff
- Maintaining a clean work area, including all common rooms and storage closets
