About The Position

The Guest Services team at The Highlands at Harbor Springs is looking for new Attendants to join our team! As a Guest Service Attendant, you’ll play an important role in creating an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include assisting with luggage, answering questions, providing directions, and responding to guest requests with friendly and professional service. This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling, giving you plenty of opportunities to enjoy the many perks that come with working at an incredible resort.

Requirements

Must be 16+ with a valid driver’s license.
No experience required; training provided.
Able to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in changing weather.
Reliable, team-oriented, detail-focused, and guest-friendly.
Must be available for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Indoor and outdoor work in seasonal weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Assist guests with luggage by unloading vehicles, loading bell carts, and escorting guests to their rooms.
Provide friendly, prompt, and courteous service throughout the guest’s stay, including during check-in and check-out.
Respond to guest requests and provide assistance to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Deliver items to guest rooms, including ice, anniversary gifts, gift baskets, and other requested items.
Maintain a strong knowledge of the resort, including buildings, rooms, events, activities, and amenities, to effectively answer guest questions.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of resort lobby areas and surrounding grounds.
Maintain and restock water stations throughout the resort.
Assist the Front Desk and other Guest Services areas as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned to support resort operations and guest satisfaction.
