About The Position

The Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i is looking for a Guest Services Attendant who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. The Guest Services Attendant serves as a welcoming ambassador for all arriving and departing guests, creating a strong and lasting first impression of the hotel. This role recognizes VIP and returning guests, assists with vehicle parking, luggage handling, and guest transportation, and ensures seamless delivery of luggage, packages, and messages to and from guest rooms.

Requirements

  • Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
  • Holidays and weekends availability is required.
  • Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card
  • Hawaii Driver’s License and Abstract is required for this role
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 100lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their rooms, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
  • Deliver luggage to guest rooms at check‑in and retrieve luggage upon departure, transporting items to storage areas or the front drive as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of all luggage deliveries and pick‑ups
  • Acknowledge and greet all guests passing through the lobby, proactively offering assistance
  • Handle all guest interactions with professionalism and genuine hospitality, responding to inquiries regarding hotel services, hours of operation, events, directions, and key personnel
  • Accommodate special requests whenever possible and assist in resolving guest concerns to ensure satisfaction
  • Perform guest and hotel errands, including off‑property travel when required
  • Provide safe, comfortable transportation for guests using hotel vehicles
  • Ensure assigned vehicle is clean, in good working condition, and fully stocked with required amenities such as bottled water
