The Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i is looking for a Guest Services Attendant who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. The Guest Services Attendant serves as a welcoming ambassador for all arriving and departing guests, creating a strong and lasting first impression of the hotel. This role recognizes VIP and returning guests, assists with vehicle parking, luggage handling, and guest transportation, and ensures seamless delivery of luggage, packages, and messages to and from guest rooms.
