About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel Toronto is looking for a Part-Time Guest Services Attendant who shares our passion for excellent service and is willing to learn from and contribute to our team. This role involves providing a warm welcome and exceptional service to guests.

Requirements

• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Command of the English language.
• Ability to lift at least 60lbs.
• Warm welcoming smile.
• Positive attitude.
• Knowledgeable about the local area.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays and overnights.
• Legal work authorization in Canada.

Nice To Haves

• 1-2 years previous experience in a Guest Services role in a fast-paced Hotel operation.
• Additional language.
• Currently enrolled in or completed a Post Secondary Education in Hospitality or related field.
• Valid G-Class Ontario Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome to guests.
• Assist guests with their needs.
• Potentially stand outside for the majority of the shift.
• Lift at least 60lbs.
