Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year of administrative, receptionist, or clerical experience
Strong computer skills, including: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, Email, data entry, and office systems
Ability to learn new software quickly
Strong communication and organizational skills
Must be able to produce a negative drug test
Must be able to satisfactorily perform the essential functions of the position
Must complete a QuantiFERON Gold TB Blood Test as part of their pre-hire drug screen and physical
Must pass Illinois Health Care Worker Background Check Act Screening
Must pass National, State, County Criminal Background Checks
Must pass Federal and state exclusion screening (OIG/Medicare/Medicaid)
Must pass pre-employment drug screening (including marijuana)
Must provide verification of work authorization
Must pass applicable registry verification (CNA. Nurse)
Must pass motor vehicle record view for positions requiring driving

Responsibilities

Welcome residents, guests, and staff professionally
Answer phones and provide clerical support, including scanning, copying, mail, and packages
Use Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Outlook, and other computer systems for daily operations
Track visitors, submit work orders, create nameplates, and maintain records
Support departments with administrative and technology-related tasks
Maintain confidentiality and follow emergency procedures
