Working closely to support the Guest Services Manager as a hands-on employee, you will represent the highest standard of excellence in welcome and guest service. The Guest Services Assistant Manager is required to work days, evenings, and weekends to manage the day-to-day operations of Guest Services while ensuring productivity, performance standards & cost containment objectives are met and exceeded. This role requires a hands-on leader who can support guest services across all shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in our 24/7 operation.
