Guest Services Ambassadors are responsible for creating a welcoming, informative and positive experience for all zoo guests. This front-line role supports multiple teams of the Guest Services Department including Admissions & Membership, Attractions & Experience and Park Operations based on training and operational needs. The role may be primarily assigned to one area but will be cross-trained and scheduled flexibly depending on skills and availability.
