Ensures a friendly and receptive environment for guests and provides administrative functions of the sales department through accurate recording of customer traffic and production of reports with critical sales process metrics. This role involves performing opening and closing Guest Services procedures, answering incoming phone calls professionally, directing calls and customers, managing various logs, tracking incoming calls, communicating effectively with management and greeters, reconciling data entry with dealership software, and producing daily reports. The position also requires walking the showroom to offer refreshments, providing a warm and positive environment, maintaining a clean and comfortable facility, assisting with new hire training, and maintaining CSI standards. The role also includes participating in required training, accurately recording work hours, following safeguards and company policies, and observing safety regulations.
