From assisting with arrivals and departures to handling guest questions and coordinating requests, you'll be a key point of contact throughout the guest journey. Requirements

Legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis, without a specific end date
Previous customer service experience and enjoy interacting with people.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a luxury hotel or resort setting helps you hit the ground running but isn't required.

Responsibilities

Provide warm, attentive service throughout the arrival and departure process, including guest check-in and check-out.
Answer telephone calls, assist with inquiries, and route requests to the appropriate hotel departments when needed.
Build positive guest relationships by recognizing individual needs, answering questions, and addressing concerns promptly.
Communicate guest needs to Service Express Runners and other resort teams through the hotel's radio communication system.
Accurately handle cash, credit card, and other front desk transactions while maintaining a professional and welcoming presence.
