About The Position

The Guest Services Agent is responsible for ensuring guest, owner, and employee satisfaction at Deer Valley Club. This role involves managing the check-in and check-out process, handling guest requests, and providing concierge services to enhance the overall guest experience.

Requirements

• Must be able to work a varied schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs.
• Hold a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to drive company and owner vehicles

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Deer Valley and the Park City area preferred

Responsibilities

• Check guests and owners in and out of Deer Valley Club
• Facilitate a smooth check-in and check-out for guests and owners
• Cover front desk during scheduled shift
• Answer the phones in a professional manner and transfer calls as appropriate
• Post folio charges, perform folio reconciliation, and create shift reports
• Assist with owner and guest requests and proactively solve guest problems
• Concierge duties, including making reservations for restaurants and activities
• Drive guests locally in the company vehicle
• Handle cash and credit card transactions and settle guest balances upon departure
• Assist with carrying guest luggage, firewood, and packages
• Create and distribute updated schedules of recreational activities, local events, restaurant hours, etc.
• Other duties as assigned
