About The Position

As a Guest Services Agent at JLL, you'll serve as the welcoming face of our client's facility, delivering exceptional first impressions and creating positive experiences for guests, visitors, and employees. In this client-facing role, you'll act as a vital communication hub and problem-solver, managing visitor registration, coordinating building services, and serving as the go-to resource for facility information. You'll work with autonomy and minimal supervision, using sound judgment to anticipate needs and resolve issues efficiently. Reporting to the Regional GSA Program Manager, you'll contribute to a team that values innovation, integrity, and service excellence, while maintaining an organized, professional front desk environment that enhances workplace experiences every day.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 2 years of experience in hospitality, soft services, or operations
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills with a client-focused mindset
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of the commercial real estate industry
  • Experience working in corporate facilities or property management environments

Responsibilities

  • Greet, host, and provide exceptional support for guests, visitors, and employees, creating positive first impressions and anticipating their needs
  • Verify identities and manage visitor registration processes, including checking guests in and out, issuing temporary badges, and maintaining accurate access logs
  • Serve as the building, campus, and area information center, providing general information, directions, and responding to requests with professionalism
  • Organize and maintain lobby and front desk areas to ensure a welcoming, efficient, and professional environment at all times
  • Resolve problems associated with building services including janitorial, mailroom, copier services, parking, badging, and conference rooms by submitting work orders through appropriate channels
  • Coordinate and schedule office and building maintenance activities such as luggage storage, lost and found operations, and umbrella management
  • Work collaboratively with facility management and transportation teams, identifying potential risks and escalating issues promptly to prevent disruptions to client operations
