About The Position

Bolt Farm Treehouse is a luxury treehouse resort located in the mountains outside Chattanooga. The Guest Service Valet & Runner is the first and last point of contact for guests, responsible for greeting them, assisting with luggage, transporting them to their villas, and ensuring their golf cart fleet is well-maintained. This role also involves making guest deliveries and providing support for property operations as needed. The ideal candidate is warm, calm under pressure, detail-oriented, reliable, and possesses a "pitch-in" attitude, with comfort using technology. The resort emphasizes AI-first operations and guest experience.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Able to lift 40+ lbs.
  • Able to walk or stand for long stretches, outdoors in all seasons.
  • Available evenings, weekends (including Sundays), and holidays.
  • Reliable transportation to Whitwell, TN.
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) and a warm demeanor; ability to quickly read people and make strangers feel like VIPs.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Willingness to assist wherever needed ('pitch-in' mindset).
  • Comfortable using technology, including radios, mobile checklists, ClickUp, and AI tools.

  • Experience in customer-facing roles such as Chick-fil-A, luxury hotels, or top restaurants.

Responsibilities

  • Greet every guest by name within 30 seconds at the Summit lot, offering water and a seasonal touch.
  • Load and unload luggage, transport guests to the Welcome Dome, and escort them to their villa.
  • Provide villa walk-throughs and golf-cart orientations, including safety rules and waiver information.
  • Rinse guest vehicles, wipe tires, and leave a handwritten note.
  • Retrieve carts and assist with luggage at checkout, ensuring a warm send-off.
  • Maintain wait times under 5 minutes at the lot and the Welcome Dome.
  • Wash, charge, and stage golf carts to be detailed and ready by 12 PM on turn days (Mon/Wed/Fri).
  • Stage carts and lockbox keys for after-hours arrivals.
  • Report any damage, battery, or road issues with the golf carts immediately.
  • Deliver WOW gifts, celebration setups, amenities, meals, and guest requests to villas on time and to standard.
  • Partner with Dreamweavers and the Guest Experience team on arrival rituals and surprises.
  • Perform light grounds upkeep, including clearing paths, leaf blowing, trash and recycling runs, and tidying arrival areas.
  • Provide basic facilities support, such as restocking, moving furniture or supplies, and assisting with event setup and breakdown.
  • Spot and report maintenance needs to the Maintenance team.
