About The Position

WonderWorks is looking for dynamic people to join our team at the Panama City Beach location. WonderWorks is an indoor amusement park that combines education and entertainment with more than 100 hands-on exhibits that challenge the mind and spark the imagination. The Guest Services Team positively interacts with guests and helps spark their imagination through the storytelling of our upside-down building, ensuring guests have a WONDERful experience. Available positions include Admissions Attendant, Exhibits Attendant, Food & Beverage Attendant, and Indoor Ropes Course. Position responsibilities will be explained during the interview process.

Requirements

Observational skills to ensure safe practices and recognize guest needs
Excellent communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and walk throughout the work area for prolonged periods
Ability to lift and/or move up to 25-50 pounds
Ability to work any shift including nights, weekends, and holidays
Regular attendance is required

Nice To Haves

Previous themed entertainment experience is preferred
