About The Position

This position involves organizing, confirming, processing, and conducting all guest check-ins/check-outs, room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations. The role requires securing payment, verifying and adjusting billing, activating and filing room keys, and processing all guest requests and relaying messages. Additionally, the representative will print contingency lists for emergency preparedness, identify and explain room features, supply guests with directions and information about property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local attractions. Responsibilities also include following up on outstanding requests or problems from the previous day, running and reviewing daily reports/logs, completing designated cashier and closing reports, accepting and delivering wake-up call requests, and managing the cash bank at the beginning and end of each shift. The role requires processing various payment types, adjustment vouchers, paid-outs, correction vouchers, and miscellaneous charges, as well as providing change. The representative must also notify Loss Prevention/Security of any guest reports of theft. The position adheres to all company policies and procedures, reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions. It requires maintaining a clean and professional appearance, protecting company assets, and welcoming guests according to company standards. The role involves anticipating and addressing guest needs, assisting individuals with disabilities, and thanking guests with genuine appreciation. Communication skills are essential, including speaking with clear and professional language and answering telephones with appropriate etiquette. Developing and maintaining positive working relationships and supporting team goals are also key. The representative must comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Physical requirements include standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Other reasonable job duties may be requested by Supervisors.

Requirements
