About The Position
At Nothing Bundt Cakes, the Guest Services Representative sweetens up the place, sets the mood, and makes a stop in the bakery an event worth posting about. You play party planner, helping guests order the right cake for their celebrations and making sure their orders go off without a hitch. You make everyone feel welcome, and you create an environment of generosity, happiness, and joy in your community.
Requirements
- A friendly, positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Reliability and good follow-through on shifts.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
- Ability to work either the 8:30am-1:30pm or 10:30am-4:00pm shift, depending on business needs.
- At least 15+ hours of weekly availability across these shifts.
- Willingness to work events.
- Availability for assigned holiday shifts.
Nice To Haves
- Weekend availability is a plus, though not required.
Responsibilities
