About The Position

At Nothing Bundt Cakes, guest service representatives are called Joy Creators. A Joy Creator sets the mood and makes a stop in the bakery an event worth posting about. They play party planner by helping guests order the right cake for their celebrations and ensuring orders go off without a hitch. They make everyone feel welcomed and create an environment of generosity, happiness, and joy in the community. The company closes early, offering flexible work schedules and a casual dress code (t-shirts and sneakers). Employees receive cake discounts and can join the team even if they are not 18 years old. Training is provided for crafting cake and career growth. Nothing Bundt Cakes is committed to bringing joy to guests and communities and making every celebration sweeter.
