Ensures a friendly and receptive environment for guests and provides administrative functions of the sales department through accurate recording of customer traffic and production of reports with critical sales process metrics. This role manages the desk log, phone up log, loaner agreement log, dealer plate log, and gas card log, while also tracking and filtering all incoming calls and taking messages. The position involves reconciling and updating data entry with dealership software and producing daily reports such as Daily Update (1, 5, Close) and Performance Metric reports. Additionally, the Guest Service Representative walks around the showroom hourly to offer refreshments to guests, provides a warm, positive, and happy environment, and helps maintain a clean and comfortable facility. Training for new hires in Customer Management is provided when requested, and the role is responsible for maintaining CSI at or above Company standards.
