Requirements

Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Dependable with strong attention to detail.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
Bend, reach, and move throughout the bakery during shifts.

Nice To Haves

Previous retail, restaurant, or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Greet every guest with warmth, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
Assist guests with selecting cakes, gifts, and party solutions for every celebration.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
Answer phones, take cake orders, and provide product recommendations.
Decorate cakes with balloons, bows, and retail items for a beautiful presentation.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming bakery environment.
Restock retail merchandise, packaging, and front-of-house supplies.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and brand standards.
Work collaboratively with the bakery team to ensure every guest receives outstanding service.
