The Guest Service Representative/Front Desk Agent is the face of the hotel, and provides superior service to all guests. Responsibilities include greeting guests, completing the check-in/check-out procedure through the Property Management System while obtaining and storing pertinent information. This role handles cash, credit card information, and goods at the property. The representative identifies the needs of each guest and provides relevant information regarding the hotel services and amenities to create an accommodating environment for all, responding to all guest requests in a timely manner. Additionally, the role involves taking reservations from incoming callers while providing excellence in service and inputting all information into the hotel management system, as well as updating and canceling reservations in the system as requested by the guest. Professional attire is required.
