The Guest Service Representative (GSR) is responsible for welcoming guests, receiving, fulfilling and reporting guests’ requests, creating reservations, providing concierge services and recommendations, and checking guests in and out of the hotel with a level of service that meets or exceeds guest expectations. The GSR is also responsible for keeping check in areas clean and welcoming. Duties may extend to offering coverage in other guest service outlets, including but not limited to providing support in campground, retail, and guest activities centers.
