At Nothing Bundt Cakes, Guest Service Representatives are called Joy Creators. They are responsible for setting a joyful mood in the bakery, making each visit a memorable event for guests. Joy Creators assist guests in ordering the perfect cakes for their celebrations, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, and fostering an environment of welcome, generosity, happiness, and joy within the community.
