The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Guest Service Representative creates a warm, welcoming environment for our guests, offers creative solutions for unique celebratory occasions and sells our delicious cakes. Our mission is to Bring the Joy every day! Through working hard and having fun, we love to create a warm and welcoming place for our guests and employees, and with teamwork and guidance, we cultivate an incredible work environment for our team on a daily basis.

Responsibilities
- Promptly greets walk-in and phone guests with genuine warmth and helpful enthusiasm
- Processes guest orders efficiently and accurately
- Assists the Crafter in preparing cake decorations and packaging supplies as needed.
- Maintains a consistent work attendance and punctuality record.
