About The Position
Sentara Obici Hospital is hiring a Guest Relations Representative. This is a full-time evening position, working from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, and includes weekend shifts. The Guest Relations Representative serves as a liaison between patients, families, visitors, and hospital and medical team members. The role is responsible for creating a welcoming and genuine environment and addressing concerns to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for patients. Responsibilities include verifying patient registration and escorting patients and guests to their destinations via walking or wheelchair. The position emphasizes giving personal attention, taking personal responsibility, and utilizing teamwork in providing guest services, as well as responding promptly to requests from patients, families, and team members.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED Equivalent

Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between patients, families, visitors, and hospital and medical team members.
