About The Position

As a Guest Service Representative, you will be the first and last impression guests receive, providing friendly, professional service and assisting with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and daily service needs. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth front desk operations and contributing to an exceptional guest experience by solving problems and creating positive interactions.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Friendly, positive, and professional presence
  • Comfortable using computers and hotel systems
  • Dependable, organized, and able to multitask
  • Flexible to work any shifts including holidays and weekends

Nice To Haves

  • Prior hotel or customer service experience is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and provide friendly, helpful service
  • Assist with check ins, check outs, room assignments, and reservations
  • Answer guest questions and resolve issues promptly
  • Operate the front desk system and process payments
  • Communicate with housekeeping and other departments
  • Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner
  • Handle guest requests and escalate concerns when needed
  • Provide local information and general hotel assistance
