About The Position

SP+ is an artificial intelligence company that uses computer vision to provide checkout-free parking experiences. Guest Service Representatives help create a warm welcome and fond farewell for guests at a hotel or garage. The role includes greeting guests, collecting valet parking fees using parking software, answering phones, and providing customer service. The posted duties are not exhaustive; the associate may be assigned other job-related duties by a supervisor, including the corporate office. The position is classified as non-exempt and paid hourly. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
Be able to welcome guests warmly by smiling, acknowledging them, and greeting them.
Be able to sit or stand for extended periods, up to six or eight hours with fewer breaks.
Be able to answer the telephone and speak with guests to provide directions, record ticket numbers, or provide customer service.
Be able to calculate rates manually without a calculator or fee computer.
Be able to work outside and withstand extreme temperatures.
Be able to use hands and arms in repeated motions, such as making change or punching a clock.

Responsibilities

Greet guests entering or exiting the hotel or garage while displaying five-star/diamond service standards.
Collect valet parking fees using parking software and related technology.
Answer phones and assist guests, including providing directions and recording ticket numbers.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and a professional appearance in the work area.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned by a supervisor.
