Joy Creators assist guests in ordering the perfect cake for their celebrations, ensuring all orders are handled smoothly. They are responsible for making everyone feel welcome and fostering an environment of generosity, happiness, and joy within the community. The company offers early closing times for evenings off, flexible work schedules, and a casual dress code of t-shirts and sneakers. Employees receive cake discounts and training not only in cake crafting but also in career growth.
