About The Position

This position ensures guest satisfaction through check-in, check-out, and the coordination of hotel services. This position serves as the primary contact for all guests throughout their stay. They provide customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and coordinating with other hotel staff to meet guest needs. The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment to ensure a smooth and pleasant stay for guests.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Satisfactory results of a pre-employment screening
