About The Position

The Guest Service Host - Admissions role is responsible for greeting guests, processing ticket sales, providing information, and ensuring a smooth entry experience. This position requires strong communication and customer service skills, the ability to handle transactions accurately, and maintain a positive attitude while interacting with a high volume of guests.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Process ticket sales, scan pre-purchased tickets, and verify memberships using the ticketing system (training provided).
• Provide accurate information about attractions, events, pricing, and directions.
• Maintain efficient traffic flow at entry gates during high-volume periods.
• Handle cash, credit card, and electronic payments accurately.
• Resolve basic guest concerns or escalate issues to supervisors when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gate or booth area.
• Follow all safety procedures and guest service standards.
