About The Position
This role is responsible for welcoming and assisting players with check-in and reservations, providing information about the venue, gameplay, and promotions, and helping with golf clubs and equipment. The position also ensures the cleanliness and organization of the venue, offers retail items to guests, and keeps the retail area stocked and organized. Additionally, the role involves responding promptly to guest inquiries and requests, and giving guests game demonstrations while enforcing safety guidelines.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Basic computer skills for reservations and check-in.
- Physical ability to lift and move golf bags and equipment.
