About The Position

We are currently seeking a Guest Service Attendant. This role involves interacting with customers, promoting special offers, stocking merchandise, maintaining cleanliness of customer areas, and performing general upkeep tasks. The ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing, energetic, and enjoy being active, often outdoors in various weather conditions. Prior experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.

• Able to stand, squat, kneel, sit, walk up and down stairs, and remain mobile for long hours
• Able to lift 50 lbs. to the waist, 25 lbs. to the chest, and 15 lbs. above the head

• Have prior experience in sales, retail, hospitality, and/or customer service

Responsibilities

• Promptly acknowledge customers in person and on the phone
• Promote special offers or programs
• Stock lobby merchandise and refreshments
• Keep all customer areas clean
• Thank every customer and answer questions about services and procedures
• Complete tasks associated with location cleanliness such as sweeping, mopping, cleaning windows, and/or completing minor landscaping work as directed by management
• Follow all Mister Car Wash safety procedures and policies, including employee appearance guidelines
