About The Position

Ala Wai Driving Range, located in Honolulu, HI, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Guest Service Attendant! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Requirements

• 1+ years in guest services experience
• Must be highly motivated, goal-driven and a self-starter
• Must have basic math skills and computer knowledge
• Must have strong customer/guest orientation
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be dependable
• Must be able to operate a gas or electric golf cart
• Valid Driver's License

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge about the game of golf preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional appearance
• Process customer reservations for golf course guests
• Provides fast, fun and friendly customer service to arriving guests to expedite check-in process
• Arranges and displays golf shop inventory as necessary and directed
• Collects fees (and other revenue) from guests and processes in the register as trained
• Issues receipts for guest purchases
• Takes messages for staff or guests
• Assists in reconciliation of daily CC charges/ accounts receivable to daily register at the closing of the day
• Assists with golf cart setup or washing after use as needed when picking range balls
• Performs clean-up and closing procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
