About The Position

Audubon Country Club in Naples Florida is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a seasonal part-time Guest Services Associate! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. This is a seasonal position with an expected duration of six months or less.

Requirements

• Less than high school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One-month related experience or training.
• Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job (e.g. the associates may be required to communicate with English speaking customers or co-workers, the manuals for the equipment the associates may be use are in English).
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.
• Assists in educating players regarding the game.
• Directs start of play when necessary.
• Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
• Services the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.
• Assists with food and beverage activities.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.
