About The Position

Aqua Tots Swim Schools is looking for a Guest Service Associate. The ideal candidate must be friendly, able to multitask, work well with a team, thrive in a very fast-paced environment, and love working with children. This is a part-time employment opportunity with the potential for extra shifts. The hiring process is quick, with the potential to be completed in less than one week.

Responsibilities

• Effectively sell our swim program to clients
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Provide exceptional communication and listening skills
• Generate sales that exceed personal sales goals
• Provide compelling presentations of our services that will overcome objections and close additional sales
• Embody the company's core values in their work approach
• Demonstrate effective phone etiquette
