About The Position

Come join our award-winning team as a Guest Service Associate at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Draper. This is a part-time position with shifts from 3pm-11pm, working 16-20 hours per week on a rotating schedule. Requirements

Some hospitality knowledge and/or experience is required
Exceptional customer service skills
Basic computer skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must present self in a professional manner regarding dress and grooming

Responsibilities

Responsible for greeting and serving all guests in a courteous and professional manner
Organize, confirm, process, and conduct guest check-ins/check-outs
Ensure the safety and security of our guests and associates
