The Guest Service Associate will interact professionally with guests using Spare Time Service Standards (Code S.E.R.V.E.). This role involves greeting guests, determining their needs, assigning open lanes, and providing start-up instructions. The associate will also answer guest inquiries, inform them of promotions, operate the POS system for transactions, and manage gift certificates and coupons. Daily tasks include balancing receipts, counting cash, completing shift paperwork, managing lane inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Communication with pit crews, operating call buttons, and performing duties related to vending machines are also part of the role. Opening and closing duties, monitoring guests for rule violations, and reporting violations to management are required.
