The Guest Service Agent will maintain a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor while providing personalized service to hotel guests. This role involves effective communication with guests and team members, handling check-in and check-out procedures, managing guest accounts, and processing payments. The agent will also be responsible for answering inquiries, taking reservations, operating PBX equipment, and ensuring guest mail and messages are handled efficiently. A key aspect of this role is to deliver DKN’s "Home Away From Home" experience and contribute to the overall performance of the department and hotel.
