Guest Service Agent - (Full-Time)

About The Position

This position plays a key role within our hotels. The welcome agent acts as the first of contact, ensuring a warm, professional greeting, a smooth check-in/out process and escorting to rooms. Must be able to work independently and have strong problem resolution skills. This position reports to the Front Desk Manager.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service and computer skills.
  • A flexible schedule and must be able to work Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
  • A detail-oriented nature and are able to work alone.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  • Ability to stand/walk during the entire shift
  • Ability to lift up to 25lbs.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Maestro, and Outlook preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Carrying luggage to and from rooms and storing it securely
  • Assisting with guest luggage during peak times
  • Engaging guests in casual conversation, offering concierge‑style assistance such as recommending local attractions or popular restaurants.
  • Welcome and register guests expeditiously provide information to guests as needed.
  • Be the face of the hotel on arrival and offer a fond farewell on departure.
  • Provide excellent guest services assisting guests with their needs or resolving issues.
  • Comply with all Archive standards, policies and procedures at all times.
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
