The Pacific Terrace Hotel is seeking candidates with an upbeat attitude to go above and beyond guests' expectations. Individuals must have excellent customer service skills, be professional, and friendly with good written and verbal skills. Prior knowledge in computer is necessary and Opera experience is a plus. Flexible schedule is required and must be available on weekends and holidays. The purpose of this role is to perform in a pleasant, professional, and efficient manner, a combination of duties mainly related, but not limited, to check-in and check-out of guests which contributes to an overall positive experience.
