About The Position
The Holiday Inn Express & Suites in McKinleyville is seeking a flexible part time Front Desk Agent that will work on call as needed, who will offer exceptional customer service to all guests from initial phone call to check in to check out and everything in between. Candidate must have the ability to multi-task and communicate clearly and effectively to guests and coworkers. This position also drives to and from the airport in company vehicle, so a valid clean drivers license is required. This is a part time/on call position and must be able to work weekends and holidays if scheduled.
Requirements
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to guests and coworkers.
- Valid clean driver's license.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to speak clearly on the telephone.
- Ability to see/read computer screen.
- Must be able to acquire Food Handlers and RBS certification within 30 days.
Responsibilities
- Offer exceptional customer service to all guests from initial phone call to check in to check out and everything in between.
- Drive to and from the airport in a company vehicle.
