The Holiday Inn Express San Antonio Airport is owned and operated by Drury Hotels, LLC. We are looking for a Guest Service Agent who will serve as the happy, helpful face of our hotel to guests entering and departing our front door. You will ensure exceptional, positive experiences for our diverse team members and guests. This role involves performing front desk related functions, assisting with breakfast and 5:30 p.m. Kickback service, and maintaining a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote the Drury culture.
